At The Residences on Augusta, our residents enjoy suites complete with private 4 piece bathrooms, kitchenettes (with fridge and stove) and liberal closet space. All suites are equipped with cable, phone and internet access, as well as individual climate control. Heat, hydro and water are included in their monthly rent.

Every one of our rooms offers a beautiful living space. Rooms are available in four sizes to accommodate a multitude of needs. Each room showcases broadloom throughout, Venetian blinds and ceramics. You have the ability to bring your own furniture and decorate your room to your taste.

Your accommodation cost includes our silver housekeeping service plan which involves a professional cleaning your apartment each week. Alternatively, try our gold plan which also includes weekly linen, towel and personal laundry service.

Our 24 hour staff delivers peace-of-mind with around the clock security providing our clients with protected independence.
